Terms of use

These terms cover the public website and the paid workspace.

The workspace is provided to paying companies. Access requires an active subscription. Prompt access is blocked when payment is past due, the company is cancelled, or the monthly hard cap is reached, until the period resets or an admin upgrades the plan.

You are responsible for the prompts your users submit and for reviewing generated output before you rely on it. The service routes prompts to third-party model providers (currently Google Gemini and OpenAI) on your behalf.

We may suspend accounts that attempt to jailbreak the safety controls, scrape the service, or exceed fair use in a way that threatens other customers.

These terms are an MVP statement of use, not a substitute for a later negotiated enterprise agreement. Contact us if you need a paper contract.
