Company data stays in your workspace. We do not use prompts for marketing.

We collect account details (name, email), company membership, Stripe billing identifiers, chat messages, usage metadata, and safety-event metadata needed to run the service.

Prompts and model responses are stored on company chat documents so your team can continue the thread. Global LLM logs keep metadata such as model, tokens, cost, and latency. We do not use customer prompts to train a public model or to market the product.

Third-party processors include Firebase/Google Cloud, Stripe, and the LLM providers you invoke through the workspace. Do not paste secrets or personal data you are not allowed to send to those processors.

Chat messages are kept while the subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted by a scheduled workflow. LLM and safety metadata is retained for 18 months. Stripe retains billing records under its own requirements.

This site does not set an analytics cookie banner because product analytics are not enabled on the marketing site yet.
